The scorebook came crazy fast, it was here Wednesday night. It came with a little glass slipper pendant type thing, cute. ![:)]( "Smile")
I haven't read the foreword yet--I'll do that sometime today now I'm off--I really only skimmed and played "The Dress That My Mother Wore" the night it came since I was tired. There's a pretty picture at the back of the book that says it was concept art for the film back then, basically a Happy Ending drawing with the Prince, Cinderella, and Fairy Godmother. It's probably something Duster's seen before since I know they know everything about the film, but I'll try to take a picture of it and the pendant later. ![:P]( "Razz")
The book's very nice. I wish they'd make this kind of thing for all the music-driven films (I'd especially be ecstatic to have sheet music for all of Menken's score, no doubt).
