And rightly so. This is a very lovely film. I love how you can see where both Max and Goofy are coming from and yet you are sympathetic to both sides. BTW, I recently met Jason Marsden, voice of Max, at the Horror Expo, and I got him to autograph my BD. He was an extremely sweet young man and a pleasure to talk to. (He also told me that he loves the classic handdrawn and regards Emperor's New Groove and Home om the Range as mistakes; I have to agree.) It was a delight.A Goofy Movie has achieved a fascinating cult status over the last few years.
Is it too late to swap this with Dinosaur in WDAS’s official filmography? It’s arguably more ‘Disney’. And, perhaps an unpopular opinion, it also boasts much better animation.
Funny how this became a beloved classic.
